The Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) have put out an Invitation to Offer (ITO) for a supplier to provide managed support for Snowflake and AWS related services in four specific areas as outlined below:
1. Consult, develop and implement – provision of expert advice and support in platform architecture, solution design, and building internal capability.
2. Incident Management – support for QBCC Snowflake and Snowflake related AWS service tickets.
3. Problem Management – support for QBCC Snowflake and Snowflake related AWS services.
4. Change and Release Management.
