Kat is a tender superhero, a guiding hand offering end-to-end support across any stage of a tender – from qualification through to contract signing. She established Tendup in 2018 with a vision to make tenders easy. With over a decade delivering high-quality tenders and proposals across government and private enterprises, Kat brings together the experience, creativity and smarts for winning tender management.
Coming from an arts and media background, Kat’s creative perspective and dynamic communication style bring a creative point of difference in the competitive world of tenders.
Her approach is collaborative and team-focused, incorporating agile elements to drive creativity and momentum within structure and process. She leads the Tendup team with purpose, overseeing cut-through content that gets clients to the negotiating table.
Sarah Bishop is an experienced marketing manager with a diverse career across multinational organisations and advertising agencies. She has a breadth of experience in strategic writing, branding, strategy, customer relationship management and PR. Sarah brings her experience and writing capabilities to help brands with their engagement at all levels – customer, industry, government and the broader business ecosystem.
With a background in the information technology and telecommunications industries, Sarah has secured engagement across all levels of government through tender submissions and engagement programs. Utilising her fine eye for detail and strong people skills, Sarah keeps even the toughest of projects on track.
Sarah’s specialisation is in her ability to distil information into compelling, benefit-based language and to communicate in a way that conveys the selling points and value that help to win tenders.
Trenae has over five years managing operations and people in innovative small to medium enterprises, leading their evolution and maturity into industry leaders. In managing Tendup’s day-to-day operations, Trenae ensures we are a well oiled machine across everything from finances to people & culture.
She orchestrates the effective and efficient operations of our business and collaborates across our team, clients and partners to drive our growth and sustainability.
Trenae is the trusted first point of contact and oversees our exceptional experience milestones from enquiry through to project startup and beyond, supporting our delivery of outstanding outcomes for our clients.
Jess has over 10 years’ experience in tender management and communications. A specialised sales writer, Jess has particular experience compiling tender submissions for large corporate and government clients. She enjoys taking complicated concepts and articulating them in an interesting and approachable way. Jess considers research to be a core part of the bid writing process, and is passionate about understanding the challenges and idiosyncrasies of her clients’ industries while working together.
Kirsten is an experienced bid and proposal manager bringing 15 years’ experience with tenders in Defence and National Security, Federal Government and Technology.
She has a strong track record delivering bid and proposal management across multiple industries including both small to medium enterprise and large multinational corporations. Maintaining an Australian Government security clearance, Kirsten has a deep experience of the complexities of the Australian tendering landscape. Resourceful and dependable, Kirsten is known for her pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Valuing the importance of relationships for productivity, Kirsten skilfully brings people together to ensure a highly collaborative process. With finely tuned project management skills, Kirsten capably manages bids and proposals with precision. Having focused most of her career in the Defence and national security sectors, Kirsten is a trusted advisor and Tendup’s senior lead on these opportunities.
Lisa has over 20 years experience managing bids for companies in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Norway. From small to multi-million dollar submissions Lisa has helped clients win work in a wide range of industries including digital, water, transport, mining, environment, aerospace and more.
A born organiser, Lisa has managed tenders from small single submissions to multi-partner tenders, joint ventures and tender processes that have lasted a year. Even though she thrives under stress she believes that if you follow the bid process properly stress is minimised and the outcomes are tangible.
Lisa is a big believer in utilising “So What” when writing a response for a tender. By focussing on what a customer gets out of what we are offering ensures you are not only answering the question but shining light on the value a solution brings. Getting this type of great bid content from time poor stakeholders is a knack Lisa has.
Natalie is a detail-oriented communications and administration professional with 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors. She has a passion for working with others to develop and refine written material that is clear and accessible to the target audience.
Natalie has experience across multiple sectors including national security and justice, the arts and education. She has contributed to and edited a variety of publications including ministerial briefs and cabinet submissions, annual reports, exhibition catalogues and magazines. Natalie holds postgraduate qualifications in professional writing and editing and is a member of the Canberra Society of Editors.
Evelina is a creative storyteller and strategic marketer who specialises in turning complex concepts into captivating, results-driven content. With experience in creative problem-solving, she collaborates closely with clients to articulate their unique value with precision and originality.
Passionate about impact-driven businesses and modern marketing strategies, Evelina combines her skill for crafting impactful narratives with a meticulous approach. Her ability to bring stories to life ensures that her tender writing ticks all boxes and answers all criteria. Evelina joined Tendup in late 2024.
Rachel turns Tendup concepts into creative masterpieces. With more than 20 years in the design industry, she has the knack of converting complex and detailed material into eye catching, powerful communications. A capable desktop publisher, Rachel brings her creative flair to turn even the most lengthy documents into interesting and compelling pieces.
Pairing her graphic design and digital skills, Rachel integrates visual content including imagery, iconography and graphics to transform written materials from words on a page to effective communications that are easily navigated and digested.
Specialising in the design and publishing of books, Rachel brings her skills in document design, layout and publishing to deliver high quality design, for print and digital media. Her passion for photography, film and the arts comes to life in her books, which are based in inner cities and focus on celebrating the beauty of everyday urban streets.
